Please note the following:
1. Missed appointments, or appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice, are subject to a $50 fee. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late to a scheduled appointment are considered missed appointments and will need to be rescheduled.
2. Clients who have not been seen within the past six months will require a new psychiatric evaluation and need to schedule as a new patient.

Please note the following:
1. Client's must directly request refills on controlled stimulant medications every month. Refill requests that are received from the pharmacy for any controlled substances will be denied. Please message us 3-5 days before running out of your medication.
2. We do not provide early refills on controlled substances for any reason, including, lost or stolen medications.
3. We do not prescribe new medications outside of an appointment. Please schedule a follow-up appointment should you wish to discuss a new medication outside of your current medication regimen.
4. Refills will not be provided for any client who has missed their scheduled follow-up appointment or has not followed up within the requested time frame. Medication bridges until a follow up appointment will be considered on a case-by-case basis and at the provider's discretion.
4. Please allow up to two business days for a response to all medication refill requests.
Please note that Cactus Garden Mental Health Services does not offer crisis or after-hours services.

You will need to download the Spruce app or visit the Spruce website to sign up and access the secure messaging system.
